WA Professional Electrical was engaged to deliver the full electrical scope for the new St John Urgent Care facility in Kelmscott — a fast-tracked healthcare project requiring precise execution and full compliance with medical-grade standards.

Our works included general and medical power distribution, emergency and exit lighting, fire detection, security and access control systems, and all body-protected electrical installations in accordance with AS/NZS 3003.

Adding further complexity, the site shared infrastructure with an adjacent tenancy housing critical services. This required careful coordination to ensure no disruption to neighbouring operations while maintaining full continuity of essential systems during construction.

From containment through to commissioning, every detail was planned and executed to ensure safety, reliability, and seamless clinical function. Delivered in close collaboration with Tydan Constructions and healthcare consultants, the project is a strong example of our expertise in high-stakes, compliance-driven environments — where performance and precision are paramount.
