Aluminium

Echo Marine Group has a full range of Aluminium skillsets to suit even the most discerning of demands.

Complex shape fabrication can be achieved easily with our CNC router cutting ability and our skilled in-house team, which have intricate hull forming experience.

All Welding complies with Lloyd’s Certification, with our welders achieving high quality welds in all positions quickly and efficiently.

Composites

Echo Marine Group is the Industry Leader in large scale Composite Manufacture

With our specialised low-vapour Vacuum Infusion Process, single mould sections in excess of 500m2 are infused efficiently.

Echo Marine Group has the ability to manufacture Glass and Carbon Fibre sections to any desired shape and size, through the use of our 5-axis milling machine, manufacturing moulds to within 0.1mm tolerance.

Mechanical Installation

Echo Marine Group is the one-stop-shop for all your vessel engineering requirements.

We have the ability to overhaul your existing plant, all the way through to a complete repower and upgrade, reducing time and costs whilst improving your vessels performance.

Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, HVAC, Hotel Services and Fuel Oil systems are able to be produced and installed by our specialised team of Engineers allowing improvements whilst reducing costs.

Electrical

Echo Marine Group Electrical team is capable of designing and commissioning electrical systems to any Class/Flag requirements, ranging from small vessels to large superyachts.
