As part of the tenancy expansion for the Department of Communities, we delivered a full electrical package across two adjoining tenancies at the Mirrabooka Family & Domestic Violence Hub. Works were staged to allow staff to temporarily relocate into the newly completed area, enabling a smooth transition while services in the original tenancy were reconfigured.

Our scope included new power and data, lighting upgrades, and a full switchboard upgrade with a carefully scheduled after-hours changeover — completed without interruption to daily operations. The result is a future-ready, unified workspace delivered with zero downtime and strict compliance.
