WA Professional Electrical was engaged to deliver the complete electrical package for Homecraft Textiles’ new flagship premises in Joondalup — a multi-functional facility combining a high-end retail showroom, large-scale warehouse, and corporate office space.

Our team provided end-to-end electrical services, including main switchboard installation, power and data distribution, LED lighting systems, external feature lighting, and automated controls. The lighting design was carefully tailored to highlight product displays in the showroom while ensuring functional, glare-free illumination in the warehouse and office areas.

Close coordination with GLX Construction allowed us to meet strict program deadlines while maintaining a premium standard of finish throughout. Special consideration was given to energy efficiency, layout flexibility, and future serviceability — ensuring the site remains practical, presentable, and scalable as operations grow.
